I discovered Natural Medicine shortly after my children were born and it provided my family with a safe and effective way of supporting optimal health and wellbeing while navigating a number of health challenges at the time. My passion for natural healthcare has grown exponentially since then.

​

As a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, I have a holistic approach and look to work with my clients and support them to restore and support their health and wellbeing via education, improving nutrition and giving practical help. My recommendations will often include a combination of herbal products, supplements, diet and lifestyle changes that are tailored to my client's individual requirements.

I aim to provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere for my clients and love empowering people to understand their body and its natural healing processes.

I am extremely passionate about Naturopathy and what it can offer people and believe that evidence-based recommendations and continued learning is important. I invest time and resources into staying up to date with current research and strive to provide the best quality care for my clients.

I am very fortunate to have learned from and worked closely with Gina Wilson, a very experienced and highly recommended Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, who specialises in Paediatrics and Integrative Medicine.

I enjoy working with people that want to support their overall health and see people with the common cold and flu right through to those who have more complex chronic health conditions.
